JACKET DELIVERY INFORMATION:

• LEATHER JACKET STYLES: It will take around 14 business days to make your jacket for you, once processed.
• COTTON JACKET STYLES: Take a bit longer to our usual 14 business days, due to the treatment process at our laboratory.
• ORDERS FROM OUR SALE PAGE: Typically ship within 7 business days. (This may take a bit longer during SALE page promotions.
• DELIVERY DURING THE MONTH OF AUGUST: Will take a couple of weeks longer on all jackets due to the Italian Holiday period.
• CHRISTMAS DELIVERY: Please take note of the delivery times above for each type of jacket and place your order in plenty of time to receive it prior to Christmas.

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION:

• All orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis*. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. You will need to check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be any additional costs. Soul Revolver has no control over these charges. They are a part of your country’s trade policies with the United Kingdom. So, please bear this in mind when ordering a jacket from overseas. We are unable to tell you what the costs will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely country to country.
  *UK and US orders will not have to pay import fees.
• We accept and ship orders to most countries in around the world. If your country is not listed, then we currently do not ship to that country.
• In order to offer our customers a premium courier service, our jackets are shipped via FedEx and Royal Mail. After dispatch, it will typically take 1 – 2 business days for you to receive your order. We reserve the right to choose the courier of our choice to accommodate the most efficient method of getting your product to you.
• Once we ship your order and provide tracking information, it is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with the courier company. In case the order is put on hold by the courier company due to any reason, or the courier company attempts to deliver the order when the customer is not home, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier company. We recommend you follow up with the courier once you are provided the tracking information.

Please trust we are taking care of your order, but if you wish to contact us during our office hours Monday – Friday regarding the status of your order, please allow 14 business days before contacting us. We do our best to make the jacket and ship it to you as quickly as possible but on rare occasions, there may be a customs delay for international orders.
