Yes, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return your jacket for an exchange or a refund. Your jacket return must be in brand new (unworn, only tried on) condition with hang tags still attached, within 14 days of you receiving your jacket. You can read our full returns policy here.

To avoid ordering the wrong size, please be sure to check and follow our size guide.
Be sure to take your own measurements using a clothing tape measure. Do not use clothing sizes.

No, we do not have a custom measurement service. How a jacket will fit you is entirely based on your own body measurements.

For womens jacket orders, we will email you requesting your height, chest and waist measurements prior to processing your order. – You will receive a “Response Required” email. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder if you are unable to find it in your inbox. We will need to receive that information before your order can be processed.

ORDER STATUS

Yes, you will receive automated email updates at each stage of your jacket order. If you are not finding emails from us, please check your junk/spam folder.
Confirmed – We have received your order and your payment.
Processed – Your jacket order is now being made for you. No changes can be made to the order. NOTE: Your order will be processed during our office hours Monday – Friday. We are closed on the weekends.
Response RequiredPlease check your junk/spam folder for an email from us in regards to your order if you don’t find one in your inbox. As there is further information that we need from you before your order can be processed.
Shipped – Your jacket order has shipped to you and you have received tracking information. NOTE that it should arrive within 1 – 2 business days.
Cancelled – No payment was received on your order. if you are ordering outside of the UK, you may need to contact your bank/credit card company to let them know you are making an international purchase, as they may be blocking the transaction.
Refunded – Your jacket order has been refunded.

No changes can be made, once your order has been processed. We will begin making your jacket right away. So please take the time prior to ordering to ensure you like the jacket style, colors it is available in as well as the fit. See our size guide here.

Our leather jackets take around 14 business days to make for you.
Our cotton jackets take a bit longer than that, due to the process it undergoes at our lab.

We ship via FedEx and Royal Mail. So once you receive your tracking information, you should expect to receive your jacket within 1 – 2 business days, in most cases.

No, if your country is not listed, we are not able to ship to that country at this time.

No, we can only deliver directly to you, at a physical address, within the same country as your billing address, such as your place of employment, as we do require your signature upon delivery.

We ship all of our jackets from the United Kingdom.

No, we do not have the storage facilities to hold your jacket for a certain shipping date. Once your jacket is scheduled to ship, it will ship.

JACKET RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Yes, we can do an exchange for you. Please read our full returns policy here.

Be sure to let us know why you are needing an exchange and in which size you would like to exchange to. We may ask you for further information as well via email, once your jacket is received and in-processed.

Yes, if you are unhappy with your jacket, you can return it for a refund. Please see our full returns policy and details here.

Please note that it takes a few days for a return to in-process.

For Exchanges, you will receive an email asking for further information as well as an invoice for the shipping fee on the exchange.

For Refunds, please note that refunds are issued within 14 days of your jacket being received. Your order status will change to “Refunded” once the refund has been issued.

Our jackets are 100% handcrafted in our shop in Italy.

Jackets listed on our sale section are listed at a discount as they are customer returns or jackets used in photography for promotions. They are already made and will typically ship to you within 7 business days. Only the style, colour, and size listed is available.

Please note that we are closed on the weekends. If you sent your email after our office hours, your email will be answered the following business day.

BLANK: There is no suitable size due to the chest/waist being too large/too tight or length being too short/too long.
